Welcome to JerkFriends. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JerkFriends website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only

The Service contains adult-oriented content and is strictly limited to persons who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult material is legal in your location. We may deny access to anyone at our discretion.

2. What the Service is

JerkFriends is a discovery and matching service. We display live streams and profile information of adult performers that are provided by third-party streaming platforms ("Partner Platforms"), and we connect visitors to those Partner Platforms. JerkFriends does not produce, host, or control any live streams, does not employ performers, and does not process payments for shows. Any interaction beyond anonymous viewing, including two way chat, private shows, and purchases, takes place on Partner Platforms under their own terms and policies.

3. Affiliate disclosure

JerkFriends participates in affiliate programs operated by Partner Platforms. When you follow a link from the Service to a Partner Platform and register or make a purchase there, we may earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 or where the Service is illegal;
• Record, redistribute, or republish any stream or performer content;
• Harass, threaten, or attempt to identify or locate any performer;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on the Service;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security or access controls;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Privacy and camera access

Your camera and microphone are never activated without your explicit permission through your browser. See our Privacy Policy for details on the limited data we collect and how we use it.

6. Intellectual property

The JerkFriends name, logo, design, and site content (excluding performer streams, which belong to their respective owners and Partner Platforms) are the property of JerkFriends and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any performer will be available, that matches will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free. Performer information, including displayed distance, is approximate or illustrative and provided for entertainment purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JerkFriends and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with Partner Platforms. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred US dollars.

9. Third-party links

The Service links to Partner Platforms and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
